  • Roti bread ( paratha or any flatbread)
  • Boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Green Chilli, finely chopped
  • Carrot, julienned
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil
  • Curry powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh coriander leaves

  • Roti bread ( paratha or any flatbread) - 4
  • Boneless chicken, cooked and shredded - 250 grams
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1 
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Green Chilli, finely chopped - 1
  • Carrot, julienned - 1
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1
  • Eggs, beaten - 2
  • Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Ketchup - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

1. Adding Vegetables

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or work over medium heat.
